Images and videos on HowWeedGrow.com are copyrighted, but if you are interested in using any of our work, please use our Contact Us page. Effective August 16, 2026, our rates for licensing are $500 per video and $50 per photo annually. If you are using our content for non-profit use and in a creative way, we may allow you to use it as long as you give us credit and receive expressed permission. To give credit, you must add our watermark to the video or image if it is not present and tag one of our social network accounts. Failure to comply may result in suit.

Claims of Infringement

If you believe someone is infringing on our copyrights, please let us know. We currently give a 25% commission on all net earnings from any suits. Contact Us.

Email the following information to us :

(a) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
(b) the exact URL or a description of each place where alleged infringing material is located

Disclaimer: Under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

Member content and community rewards

You retain ownership of your original journal entries, photos, videos and other contributions. Earning karma, reward points or a completion bonus does not transfer ownership to HWGrow. The limited permissions needed to host, display, moderate and feature content are described in our Terms of Use. Do not upload material you lack permission to share. Statutory exceptions and other rights under applicable copyright law are not removed by this page.

Community rewards and completion credits are promotional benefits with no cash value, except where required by law. The existing 25% commission on net earnings from infringement suits remains separate and unchanged. Community reward restrictions do not convert or limit that promise.

Educational purpose

Education, not consumable cannabis sales. HWGrow provides educational information and community services. HWGrow does not sell cannabis flower, consumable cannabis products or controlled-substance preparations through this website, and does not endorse cannabis consumption or unlawful activity. Educational content and any seed-related products or benefits are distinct from consumable cannabis. Availability of a seed product, article, reward or link is not a representation that purchase, possession, cultivation or use is lawful everywhere; applicable local rules remain your responsibility.
