Grow With Me – Day 0-3 – Transplanting to Fabric Pots
Transplanting your fragile sproutlings to a fabric pots is a matter of making sure you do it as soon as roots hit air. Letting them dry up will stunt growth so I like to transfer once the main stems hit a cm long. By transferring them as early as possible, you are allowing the roots to adapt to the soil that we prepared in the very beginning. Being able to feel the texture of the soil for moisture consistency is a skill that is only developed from years of growing so to simplify, I standardized the expected weights of the pots you should target. The plants thrive in the early stages when they are left alone so picture a do not disturb sign on your tent. For the first couple of days, you wont really need to do anything, but on the third day, you want to start feeling or weighing for dryness.
This Video is Prolly the Best I have seen on how to transplant becuase alot of the issues that come up in your first few grows. Great Teacher and Mentor.
